
John W. Tavormina
John Tavormina is a successful and very experienced trial lawyer with multiple jury verdicts in excess of $1 million dollars. His record of jury awards, which total more than $325 million, alerts companies and insurance carriers that John will absolutely try a lawsuit to a jury if the lawsuit settlement offer is inadequate.

John is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and has many accomplishments including peer recognition as a "Personal Injury Super Lawyer" in 2003 thru 2008. He is a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education Seminars and has written numerous publications.
John attended Tulane Law School where he was a member of, and published articles for, the Tulane Law Review. He spent eight years as a trial lawyer for Exxon; and, since 1987, has represented individuals and companies with injury or business claims against others.
