Andy Carrola / Chief Investigator

Andy Carrola was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He hired out on the old Missouri Pacific Railroad in 1973 where he worked as a Crew Dispatcher, Secretary to the Assistant Superintendent, Employment Assistant, Senior Freight Claims Officer and Senior Casualty Management Representative.

While working for the railroad, he attended Southwest State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree, followed by a Master of Science Degree in Business from Webster University.

In 1990, he left his position with the Union Pacific Railroad, and began his career as an FELA investigator.

Andy is a member of the National Association of Railroad Safety Consultants and Investigators and with over 35 years railroad experience he uses his intimate knowledge of the railroad industry to help injured railroad workers and their families.
