

BLET honors Steve Young as Designated Legal Counsel
Steve Young is honored to be “Designated Legal Counsel” for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen and looks forward:
* To assist all members of the Union who have questions regarding their rights as rail workers;
* To represent those of the Union who have viable claims pursuant to the Federal Employer’s Liability Act;
* To support the Union in it endeavors.
Steve worked his way up through the railroad ranks, working as a laborer, clerk, train order operator, train dispatcher, chief dispatcher, brakeman, fireman and locomotive engineer.
Steve began his legal career in 1993 after attending South Texas College as a Langdell Scholar. Steve's practice is limited to representing railroad workers.
