At her former firm, she worked with the trial team that represented Exxon in its Texas litigation against Lloyd's of London over a coverage dispute involving the cleanup of the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The focus of her general civil practice includes FELA work, general negligence cases, business disputes, insurance coverage issues, premises liability and products liability cases.

Kimberly is a member of the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar College and Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and she has served on the Texas Trial Lawyer Board of Advocates where she has been actively involved in membership, fund-raising and continuing legal education projects throughout Texas.
